For most women, when they first meet a guy they instantly know within the first 5 minutes of meeting him if she'll have sex with him...or at least be willing to. From that point on, unless the guy is gay or really does something to screw it up like throwing up on her during a kiss, he has a really good chance at getting her to drop them panties. It's a random occurrence that happens all the time if not too often. These moments are when the guys aura of attraction are at its peak and for a woman its almost inevitable for her to not want that guy.
